At Cady Cheese Factory, we produce many different varieties and flavors of longhorn cheese. Over 50,000 pounds per production day! Our cheese is made into traditional 6" diameter longhorns and specialty 4" diameter Deli, or Mini-Longhorns. In our view, cheese is better when it is made in smaller form. It has better body, better consistency and better flavor!
Our 100% natural cheeses are produced and sold under customer's private label, our own Cady Creek Farms brand and through our factory cheese & gift shop. In addition to offering our products in bulk sizes, we also provide them in smaller cut and wrapped sizes and shingle-pack slices.
As a modern cheese plant, we pride ourselves on producing consistent high quality products with process controls that preserve the art of successful cheese making recipes. We provide our customers with the best quality and service possible.
