Eventually, all of my family members get wrapped up in the process.

  

Our pressed longhorns are cut into proper lengths, inserted into plastic bags which are vacuum sealed with special automated and sanitary equipment.

Cheese to be cut and wrapped into smaller sizes is aged in the cooler prior to cutting and wrapping. We cut our cheese into several sizes and shapes depending on the order. We also cut and wrap shingle-pack slices.
