Our Deli or Mini-longhorns have served as the "Flagship" for Cady Creek Farms premium line as the perfect sandwich slice. The mini's smaller size
permits more varieties to be displayed and sold in the Deli case. They are lighter and easier to handle. They cause less wear and tear on slicers.
