Quality Assurance As a consumer, you want to know the cheese you are buying for yourself and your
family is held to the highest possible health and safety standards.
At Cady Cheese, from the time the milk enters the plant until the time the finished cheese has been shipped, there are
many tests conducted by our in-house laboratory to insure every batch of cheese meets and exceeds all standards.
Cady Cheese is regularly inspected by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture and the U.S.D.A.
Natural Goodness
We produce only 100% natural cheese which is made by licensed cheesemakers using
time honored skills aided by the latest computerized technologies. There are no "foreign"
chemicals or preservatives in any of our products.
Great Flavor!
We press the cheese curds in cylindrical tubes to create 6 pound or 13 pound Longhorn cheese.
This process squeezes the curds into shape and promotes drainage of any remaining whey. If the whey is not completely pressed out, this
will affect both the body and flavor of the cheese. Proper drainage is difficult
with 40 pound blocks and 640 pound blocks that many cheese producers punch 6 and 13 pound Longhorns from.
Consumer Convenience
We package our cheese in a variety of different sizes to meet your needs. From full longhorns, sliced or cut in the deli to pre-packaged slices in resealable zip
lock bags to random weight and full or half moon cuts. See our shipping and packaging specifications.
